I absolutely love this blue cheese. The crumbles are great, but the center cut is SO delicious! Creamy, rich, crumbly – and pairs well with fruit and nuts.

I just purchased and enjoyed Simply Artisan Blue Cheese (center cut). I have been eying this cheese for quite some time and it always looked great so it was on sale today and I picked one up. Wow, lots of blue and lots of great taste. I noticed all 6 of them at the store had a lot of blue so maybe based on past comments Litehouse upped their game. I will be purchasing on a regular basis. I think it is better than Maytag.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LITEHOUSE BLUE CHEESE CENTER CUT, IT IS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER TASTED.
IT IS SIMPLY A GREAT EVEN, MILD, RICH CHEESE, NOT OVERPOWERING, PERFECTOOO.
TONIGHT I HAD WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES DIPPED IN SUGAR.
GREAT END TO A NICE DINNER, REFRESHING.

This is easily one of the best money for value cheeses out there. It’s good and creamy while being full of blue mold. People are correct in asserting that the quality of the cheese went down at one point. But apparently that has been solved and the product is good again.

Found a foreign object under the cheese after eating it for 2 days. It is a round paper filter like object, and I tried to call Litehouse, sent them a message on Facebook, called the Grocery Store purchased from, and can’t get a hold of anyone who can tell me what this thing is. Is it supposed to be in there or did someone contaminate my cheese? I don’t like the flavor of this cheese anyhow, it was a substitution for the other cheese I ordered and the Instacart shopper got this Litehouse brand instead. WHat is the weird round packet sitting under the cheese. I am glad I didn’t eat it, or a little kid could have eaten it too, although I ate cheese that was sitting on top of it.

So I can eat an entire one of these at lunchtime! I love the center cut and so does my daughter. She likes to lick the lid even. I love the creaminess and rich flavor.

I just purchased and enjoyed Simply Artisian Blue Cheese (center cut). Definitely enjoying it but as a few others have mentioned it can use more Blue in it. I like the consistency but it can use a little punch on the Blue. Will still buy it again!
