Thank you for your inquiry regarding the pasteurization of Litehouse products. We always appreciate hearing from our customers.Litehouse manufactures both the blue cheese and the buttermilk used in our dressings. The milk used to make the blue cheese and the buttermilk used in the dressing is pasteurized before the formulation of the dressing begins. The final dressing is acidified and must be kept refrigerated for quality. The eggs as well as the feta cheese used in our dressings are also pasteurized.
