Apparently some of the people reviewing this product need their sniffers checked. It smells like dill, and I have been using this 0.81oz jar for over a year.

The negative reviews are out of touch with culinary arts. At times this freeze dried dip has more scent and flavor than fresh depending on the application. Direct from the jar no it doesn’t smell and taste like fresh…. It’s freeze dried. All of that is locked waiting to unleashed by the dish of your choosing.

APRIL 27 2020.
The previous commenter is right. The freeze dried dill has no scent to smell and is totally tasteless. It only looks like chopped dill but there is no dill taste left. It has all disappeared in the processing. It also COST’s More than other brands. The Brighter Color Doesnt Mean Better quality product than Other Brands. Don’t waste your money.

It is a wonderful product that adds great flavor. I agree with the previous review…”It is almost as good as fresh”.

It is better than any other dill I have EVER gotten. It is almost as good as fresh.
