I am a private chef on yachts that has for years used Litehouse’s Lite Ranch dressing. The past year or so, I noticed it had been pulled from Publix cold fresh shelves. I recently saw it back on Publix shelves. So happy to see it back, I bought two. What a disappointment! This was a dressing that I would happily serve to my high end guest. One of those products that I as a chef, could cheat with using it for my guest as fresh made. It now taste like THICK CHEMICALS!
