Why advertise chunks if there aren’t any just call it blue cheese.

I will continue to purchase chunky blue cheese and never purchase the organic blue cheese one again. I can barely eat my salad and will throw the rest out. I just hope its not soured the jar was sealed good and the exp. date is 12/21? I understand everyones palets are different but this one is absolutely not good. It tastes more like a lemon buttermilk dressing. And was a dollar more than my usual at $4.99 definitely not worth the money!

I have been on the search for REAL Blue Cheese Dressing and nothing comes close as good as Litehouse Dressing. I love that it has big chunks of blue cheese, its creamy consistency and you can taste the quality of REAL ingredients compared to other brands. It doesn’t not sit on a shelf like other store brand dressings. And it doesn’t sit in my refrigerator for long either because everyone in our house devours this Blue Cheese Dressing, the only problem I have is making sure its always available at our house because its that enjoyable, from our salads to our chicken wings!

Also, sweet? Never does a blue cheese dressing have a sweet aftertaste. Yuk.
One more item, always use penicillium roqueforti cultures for the “bang”!
