To make this dish extra flavorful, I mixed some lovely caramel Alaskan Amber, an alt-style ale with a bit of honey, Worcestershire sauce, and smoky chipotle pepper. I also used Litehouse Simply Artisan Gorgonzola Crumbles to make the sauce. This cheese is aged for 100 days to ensure its award-winning signature flavor has enough time to develop. It is a real flavor bomb!
